Role Overview

The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketer with a strong grasp of digital and performance marketing, content distribution, and growth experimentation. You’ll be responsible for executing high-impact campaigns that drive platform participation, manage influencer and community partnerships, and lead content marketing initiatives across key channels. We’re looking for someone who can balance creativity with analytical thinking; someone who knows how to move fast, test ideas, and optimize for real-world results. Experience running grassroots or community-based campaigns, especially in underserved or low-trust environments, is highly valued. You should be comfortable engaging with local communities, crafting inclusive narratives, and building trust from the ground up. Your ultimate goal? Drive sustainable user acquisition and retention by meeting people where they are both online and offline and giving them a reason to stay.

Key Qualifications

  • Lead content marketing efforts across the platform, newsletters, and educational materials to boost user engagement, retention, and financial literacy.
  • Design and execute outreach strategies tailored for underserved and grassroots communities, ensuring inclusive engagement and meaningful impact.
  • Manage CircleFunds’ social media presence, curating content, driving conversations, and building an active, trusted community.
  • Own and optimize digital ad campaigns, using performance data to maximize reach, efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Analyze user acquisition, engagement, and retention trends, translating insights into actionable strategies and clear performance reports.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and community leaders both online and offline to expand our organic reach and connect with new audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, performance, or content marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and boosting engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and market insights into clear, effective strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in content marketing, digital storytelling, and managing multi-platform social media campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of grassroots and community-driven marketing, especially in local or underserved markets.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or related industries is a strong advantage.
